Brewed with our Bay area friends The Rare Barrel, Celestial Spheres celebrates the long hours of darkness during the Winter Solstice. Like the midnight sky, this beer pulls you in with a deep dark complexion from the organic black currant, then twinkles with bright acidity and lavender and vanilla pastry notes.
Hopped with this year’s batch of Simcoe hops that have an unmistakable note of black currant, plus El Dorado and Mosaic hops to tie everything together. Mysterious and ever so complex like the galaxy above our heads.
