Thank you to the brewery employee who brought this out for us to try, super nice guy, will definitely come back to PP when back in San Diego. Dark murky burnt orange with a thick tan collar. Huge strawberry, tart cherry, with encompassing oak, lacto, acid, and subtle red currant and apple cider vinegar in the nose. Very powerful, could be an air freshener. Tastes exactly as it smells, but wow the acid and tartness is high, take those tums! Makes it harder to enjoy the great strawberry and cherry flavors as much as in the smell. Feel is acidic, tart, bright, wet for a sour, backed by oak, and has a thicker feel than expected. Very nice how the vision translated into the finished product
