Appearance: Arrives espresso colored with a two finger tan head; curtains of lace
Smell: Chocolate, banana and marshmallow tones; the Bourbon is very subtle
Taste: Chocolate and banana forward with the marshmallow tones developing; hints of Bourbon emerge, after the swallow and the finish brings a sweet caramel element
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: Sweeter than I typically like my imperial stouts but an interesting blend of flavors
