Introducing our newest Cellar Cyndicate exclusive bottle, Chamber of Reflection. It's a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout—named for its flavor profile that reflects the bourbon characteristics from the Breckenridge bourbon barrel in which it aged. But that's not all; the addition of organic Sri Lankan coconut, organic Vermont maple, and Mostra's Ghost Bear espresso blend (direct trade Philippine coffee) emphasize and complement the bourbon character as well. Expect aromas of toasted oak, brown sugar and espresso to be followed by flavors evocative of a cinnamon coconut latte, French toast, and...more bourbon.
