The beer is bitter, but fresh. Poured into a pint glass from tap. A limited floral quality in the hop profile, though much more bitter. Presentation, or look of the beer is above average with the color being a deep yellow-orange, to orange color. Limited head with lacing present. Mouthfeel is characterized by the bitterness. Almost like a rye IPA, in the big bitter taste. I'm partial to the piney, bitter beers which is why I rate this beer highly in the taste category. The beer packs a punch at 8 percent. I'm not sure if this is in the double IPA category. Recommended.
