Introducing our first Cellar Cyndicate exclusive bottle of 2022, Angelic Harmonies. This oak barrel-aged spontaneously fermented ale with peaches is inspired by the classic pêche lambics from Belgium. It was aged in a port barrel before being racked into a puncheon especially custom-fitted for the Cellar Cyndicate. The puncheon was topped off with a load of organic peaches from Blossom Bluff Orchards, a multi-generational family farm in the fertile San Joaquin Valley. With 6.6 pounds of peaches per gallon of beer, this ale is as golden in color as the fresh fruit it was brewed with. Its scents of ripe peach and funky minerality mingle with flavors of peach pie and oak tannins that will make even the angels sing.
