Lady Jane's Lament is a luxurious ale made with all English malts, including Maris Otter and light, medium, and double-roasted crystal, as well as torrefied wheat. The flavors that come through are equally rich, featuring a blend of sticky toffee pudding, bourbon, and fig compote.

Pours deep dark chocolate with khaki fading head on draught in tulip at The Pure Project brewery. Notes of bourbon barrel, coffee, and dark chocolate. Amazing barely wine, drinks like a Russian imperial stout with notes of chocolate, coffee, and whiskey.
