Our Log Cabin bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with organic Vermont maple syrup and organic Ghanaian cocoa, aged for one year in a Russel's Reserve 10-Year barrel (hand-picked by the Pure brewing team at Barleymash). The nuances of this barrel can be detected on the nose and palate—scents of maple, chocolate, sweet bourbon and coffee lead to a decadent brew brimming with flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, oak, and bourbon heat.
