For the first exclusive Cellar Cyndicate beer of 2023, we’ve brewed you a special barrel-aged sour with organic peaches from Masumoto Family Farm. Fuzzy Memories aged on Noyaux in American oak port barrels for two years and then was transferred to a Hungarian oak puncheon where it aged for an additional four months with a plenteous amount of Masumoto peaches. With 400 pounds of peaches in a single puncheon, it has a 1:1 ratio of peaches to beer! Flavors of fresh peach, shortbread cookie, white tea, and lemon zest make Fuzzy Memories a unique mixed fermentation brew that can be enjoyed during any season.
