Our newest WC DIPA featuring a tasteful trio of Cascade, Southern Cross, and Mosaic Cryo hops. Its bold notes of resin, tree sap, cantaloupe, and more are thanks to the large addition of hops that were pitched into the whirlpool, producing a robust hop profile in the final result. Extra bittering hops contribute to a firm bitterness that awakens the palate and adds even greater depth to the brew.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours faintly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Lots of ripe citrus, a little resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, a touch of melon, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Ripe citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and and tangerine, light resinous pine, a little tropical and stone fruit, melon, mango, passion fruit, apricot, and a hint of papaya, biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, fairly soft on the palate.
O: Not gonna lie, I first picked up this can because of the label art, but I also trust Pure Project so I figured the liquid inside had to be pretty solid too. Confirmed! Love that the hop combo includes a classic American hop (Cascade), a newer American hop (Mosaic), and something fun from the southern hemisphere (NZ Southern Cross). They all come together really nice to make a super smooth modern DIPA.
