In celebration of our national park-themed 8th anniversary party, we've crafted Obsidian Cliff, a s'mores-inspired bourbon barrel-aged stout infused with cacao, marshmallow, and graham cracker. This adventurous, obsidian-colored brew aged in a blend of Wheated Old Fitzgerald, 1910 Old Forester Select, and 1910 Old Forester bourbon barrels for 13 months, developing an undeniable complexity. Delight your senses with notes of toasted marshmallow, melted milk chocolate, and vanilla wafer, evoking memories of fireside gatherings. Named after the National Historic Landmark in Yellowstone, Obsidian Cliff is an embodiment of our eight-year journey, and the perfect accompaniment to your next camping trip.
