Liquid Alchemy is our new bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout infused with organic Tahitian vanilla beans. This brew is a testament to the art of barrel aging, showcasing the unique characteristics of the three barrels it matured in. Aged for 17 months in Wild Turkey rye barrels, 18 months in 1910 Old Forester Select barrels, and 30 months in Breckenridge bourbon barrels.

Pitch black stout pour, no head. Smell is molasses, vanilla laced, brown sugar, chicory coffee, semisweet chocolate and toasty barrel in a second layer. Taste is lighter roast coffee with vanilla chocolate and toasty barrel. Simpler, especially with a blend of barresl. Feel is medium bodied and sticky with some warmth that hinted rustic, but never gets there. Honestly expected more given brewer and barrel pedigree
