The time has come to reap the harvest from the seeds we sowed in late 2020...Seeds of Happiness, that is. This is our newest barrel-aged sour ale, aged for a year in red wine barrels before being conditioned with 1,200 pounds of organic cherries and black currants from Washington. Donning a ruby red color and light pink head, this brew brims with scents of cherry jam, raspberry, and rose water. Tastes of black currant, bright Beaujolais wine and French oak intermingle with subtle tannins and a tangy acidity on the palate, sure to leave you sipping happily.
