Introducing Double Pure West, the imperial version of our beloved core West Coast IPA, Pure West. Like our core, this elevated ABV brew also features a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata, and Simcoe hops. On the nose, aromas of resin, zesty lime peel, and a hint of subtle pineapple burst from the glass. On the palate, experience vibrant flavors of grapefruit, blood orange, and juicy guava. Within its bold hop-forward character, Double Pure West maintains a light body, making it incredibly drinkable. The beer finishes with a lingering bitterness that invites another sip, beautifully balancing the robust hop flavors. Dive into this DIPA and savor the essence of the West Coast!

Clear golden amber brew with abundant foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Aromatic with lemon curd and honeydew melon. Taste is bitter from the start but it balances the sweetness. Tangy along the way with citrus and papaya flavors finishing with lemon peel. Not overly astringent and not overly sweet.
Finally a really good DIPA. They seem to be in short supply these days. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. You would need some fingerprint powder to read the date, but it's there embossed on the bottom of the label.
