Well, why not an Amber Ale amid all the juice and haze? Clear and coppery color, a handsome brew but short on foam in the chalice. Aroma of rice and dark grain, with an oddly strong nose of toasted buckwheat. Flavors of rye bread with banana bread, but not sweet. Scratchy bitterish aftertaste. Overall this is sippable but rough and grainy and short on carbonation. From the 16 oz can purchased at Baron Market. Dated 9/18/24.
