Clear amber brew with ample foam in the Trappiste Rochefort chalice. Aromatic with melon and citrus. Clean and fruity flavors with a tangy finish. Tastes of tangerine and peach. Rather bitter aftertaste and an acidic edge, but the aromatics last to the end. Overall this is a hearty hoppy brew in the West Coast style. Over-hopped for my taste, but good flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Not dated.
