Mosaic Cryo hops from Sauve & Son Farms in Washington pair with ADHA218, an experimental hop from Roy Farms, for a bright, expressive, modern hop profile. The result is a light-bodied, crisp, and crushable beer layered with flavors of peach, pine, and navel orange.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Brewery Vivant tulip. Pleasant aroma of green melon and grass. Light and sudsy mouthfeel is another plus. Flavors of mild berry fruit with a modest cereal taste. Grassy finish and alfalfa in the nose. Overall this is a highly quaffable lighter style of PIlsner. The ADHA 218 hop is a new one from Roy Farms, with Summit in the pedigree. I think it's one to look for more brewers to use with more subtle fruity flavors and less bitterness. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 1/13/26 so it's just a couple weeks old.
