Batch #2 was brewed in April of 2019 and racked into Cab Franc barrels emptied that morning from our friends at @Belleview Winery. Rested atop a thoughtful amount of blackberries for nearly 2 years and bottled in January of 2021. Lovingly matured and bottle conditioned for over a year. Aromatic, complex, tart and a touch funky. A special beer to celebrate a special occasion.
