A - Nice clarity with an amber red pour and moderate carbonation with a thick and frothy white head.
S - Very earthy aroma with light spiciness and crackery/biscuit caramel malt aroma.
T - Earthiness hits up front with crackery malt and finishes with a nice spicy piney lingering bitterness.
M - Medium body with gentle carbonation.
O - With the name, for some reason I was expecting something like a California Common, not the case. Really dig the earthy spice bitterness.
