12 oz can poured into Crane snifter. Can share.
Inky black with a creamy reddish beige head of 1/2 finger. Loose lacing left behind on the glass as it's swirled.
Aroma of frosted pastry/bread, sweet malt, chocolate, slight roasted coffee beans.
Flavor is chocolate, vanilla, dry cocoa powder, cinnamon, herbal hops, roasty bitterness on the finish.
Feel is very thick and creamy with a slight nice buzzing carbonation.
Overall, I was expecting a bit more of a dessert-style stout but it's a little more rough around the edges and more in line with a Russian Imperial Stout. I do like Creme Brulee better by a fairly large margin but this is still a very good beer.

Given to me as a gift of several Nebraska brewed beers.
Aroma: chocolate with vanilla/coffee notes. Dusty cinnamon.
Taste: like adult chocolate milk with cinnamon and vanilla. The cinnamon is nicely restrained - there to compliment and not dominate. Mouthfeel is thick and luscious. Really well done.

White Elm Cinnamon Roll Stout, 12.3% ABV, 65 IBU. Pours black with a slight brown head. Aroma is strong cinnamon, some vanilla, smells sweet. Taste follows, actually like someone dumped a tablespoon of cinnamon, a pinch of sugar, and a few drops of vanilla in an imperial stout. Actually that is probably exactly what this is. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding.
