White Elm Mud Duck Imperial Stout with Cherries and Cacao, 13.8% ABV. This is a collaboration between White Elm Brewing, Gandy Dancer Brewing, and Good Spirits Liquor. Pours black with a slight brown head. Nose is cherries. Taste is sweet cherry, roast malt, chocolate, with a bit of a tart twang, and a slight bitter close. Excellent mouthfeel, overall near-outstanding. Says it was made with whole cherries, but haven't run across one yet.
