White Elm Year Two Bourbon Maple Barrel Stout, 15% ABV. Pours thick and black with no head. Nose is maple and slight bourbon, taste follows, sweet, hot, and very little bitterness. Decent mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

I had Year Two on draft and out of a can. Both tasted the same.

L - Midnight black
S - Inviting with maple and bourbon notes. Similar to Founders CBS.
T - A great pastry stout with lots of maple and vanilla bourbon notes. Sweet, but not overwhelming. Great maple syrup note and bourbon flavors and aromas that mask the 15% alcohol incredibly well. No alcohol heat and is already tasting phenomenal.
F - Medium body mouthfeel. Not as thick as some others in the category I've had.
O - A great overall stout. Pleasurable experience and hits on all notes.
