This beer was not enjoyable.
The look was fine, poured a creamy cap of 2 fingers, and smelled of onion, lemon, lemongrass, and grapefruit seltzer.
The flavor was a mess of cloying sweetness and lemon zest, but furthermore had the follow-up of a sweaty t-shirt, pine sol, and vinegar.
It's like they mixed a warm lemon kettle sour and a year-old IPA.
This is of no fault to White Elm, who makes outstanding beers. But this is the fault of Drekker who makes awful beers. Don't do it.
