White Elm Prost! German Style Festbier, 6% ABV. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a two-finger white head tat left light lacing. Nose is yeast/bread and fruit. Taste is bread, clove, banana, almost no bitterness. Tastes like a hefeweizen to me. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding for a hefeweizen.

Poured from a pint can into a nonic glass.
Pours a slightly hazed medium gold with a decent fluffy white head. The head retains well. The lacing is excellent. The brew is a bit light in color for the style.
The brew's aromas are solid for the style. Fruity and bready yeast notes mixed grassy and earthy hops.
Overall, a decent 'fest brew.
The brew is simple. Restrained caramel malt, fruity yeasts, and well-balanced hops.
The brew seems lighter than it really is, and that's a compliment.

As far as festbiers go, I'd say this one is very decent. I get a smooth and mild vanilla and slight herbish like flavor profile as well as smell. The mouth feel is very silky smooth as I'd expect from a festbier to be. I'd say 8/10
