L: Opaque yellow, off-white head that dissipates quickly. No lacing.
S: An alcohol-infused pepperiness; a hint of citrus.
T: The lactose and fruit in this beer brings it very close to tasting like a sour IPA. A citrusy tartness that is then taken over by the Mosaic hops.
F: Light on the palate; finishes with bell pepper and a hint of alcohol heat.
O: A bit more than the sum of its parts; very light and refreshing in a way that belies its 8% ABV.
