16 oz can into Nonic Pint.
Has a really juicy creamy body with a tall creamy cap of 2 fingers. Exquisite.
Tons of mango and strawberry in the nose, a little bit of orange peel, lemon peel, and melon.
Flavor isn't nearly as great as the nose, unfortunately. Has a firm dry grass bitterness throughout, with hints of mango and melon and strawberry. Lemon peel bitterness, some orange rind bitterness.
Feel is creamy and juicy, with mild alcohol heat, and building resins on the palate.
Overall, I was hoping for something more in line with New England, but this is your basic midwestern attempt at a hazy pale ale. A bit hard, definitely not soft or supple enough. The bitterness is too extreme for the style.
