L: A look of mulled wine. Burgundy and chocolate brown. Streams of bubbles and a thin pink head that is quick to vanish, leaving specks on the glass and no lace.
S: Immediate smell of cider. Longer wafts bring in canned dessert cherries.
T: Follows the nose. Cherries! A beautiful balance of sweet and tart.
F: Standout. Big mouthfeel and smooth for a 4% ABV! Not syrupy at all and great carbonation.
O: Now this is a balanced desert beer. I might actually choose this over a dessert or milk stout. Like drinking a cherry delight! Man I wish I'd picked up more than one.
