White Elm Single Barrel Buffalo Trace Imperial Stout (barrel from Louise Hy-Vee Sioux Falls), 13% ABV. Pours thick and black, with a ring of brown bubbles. Nose is bourbon, slight chocolate and vanilla. Taste follows, strong nutty bourbon, slightly sweet, slightly bitter. Outstanding mouthfeel, overall world-class.
