White Elm Festbier! German Style Lager, 6% ABV. Pours golden with a 3 finger white head that left traces of lacing. Aroma is bready and malty. Taste follows, slightly sweet, equally bitter. Decent mouthfeel with adequate carbonation, overall excellent.

Cloudy golden body with two fingers of eggshell white foam, bands of lacing inconsistently. Smell captures the white bread yeast and dough powerfully, malt supports. Taste has the dough star, white bread yeast right behind, floral hops, faint malts with a kiss of esters round out. Feel is light, yeast and almost estery, very soft.
