Thanks to Woemad for this one, from a Ninja box during NBS BIF 12.5. 16oz can (dated 10/22/20) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear golden yellow color with an inch of white head that good retention and lacing.
Nice citrusy hops at the front of the nose, with some pine behind that. A bit of malt/grain was also in the background.
Pretty similar on the tongue. I suspect the flavors would have been brighter when fresher, but the beer was still pretty bright.
The body was medium, crisp, carried good carb, and had a medium-dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, and I think would have been excellent at its peak.
Overall, a very nice brew. I'll have to try to get next years version when fresh.
