16oz tallboy can filled on demand at the WP taproom on November 21, 2020. Here's WP's description:
"A hazy ipa with Austrailian hops! Brewed with Nelson and Galaxy hops in the boil and dry hopped with more of the same. Tropical, with notes of white wine and stone fruit. 6.2% ABV"
Poured into a WP mug, this was an opaque, yellowish amber color, with a good-sized off-white head. Lots of lace.
Tropical and citrus fruit notes from the southern hemisphere hops. I get a whiff of a slight pear scent as well.
Very juicy up front. Lots of flavors not unlike tropical fruits, and grapefruit, with a bit of a white wine grapiness about midway through. Some citric acid bitterness on the backend.
Medium bodied, with a soft yet prickly mouthfeel.
Pretty nice murkjuice IPA. Southern hemisphere hops like Galaxy and Nelson seem to go well with this style.
