Brewed in collaboration with our friends Bunker Brewing (Portland ME) this crisp lager is perfect for hot Summer days and evenings. Pours pale golden yellow, with aromas of vanilla and orange zest. Dry finish with hint of malty sweetness. Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt, Bunker’s house lager yeast, and hopped with Amarillo and Cashmere.

On tap at Mekelburg’s, Brooklyn.
Pours a clearish, pale straw/golden color. Moderate foamy head, good retention, nice thick rings of sticky lacing.
Pleasant citrus aroma, specifically orange, hint of vanilla and Pilsner malt.
Flavor is dominated by citrusy hops supported by a clean pilsner malt backbone. The finish is dry.
It is on the light side of medium bodied. Moderate to gentle carbonation is well done. Clean, citrusy and with a hops forward, yet gentle bitterness. Crisp and smooth at the same time.
Solid pale lager.
