We brewed one of our favorites and then during the end of fermentation added 500 lbs combined of passion fruit juice, guava and apricot purée.
The result is a lusciously juicy nectar, slightly tart and extremely drinkable. Pours hazy pale , foamy white head. Aromas of peach, orange and melon. Brewed with English Pale and Vienna malt, malted and unmalted wheat.
Hopped with Simcoe and Citra - with an additional dry hop of Simcoe Lupulin.
