I did a deep-dive with this brewery back in late-March to try and get close to finishing out sister (?) site, Untappd's "Better Together" badge. That one is given to collaboration beers in increments of five (5) per badge, leveling up to one-hundred (100) or five-hundred (500) DIFFERENT collab beers! This marks my penultimate collab beer in getting to that level.
From the CAN: "Fluff N Stuff Berliner style with Blueberry[,] Lemon & Marshmallow"; "Interboro < > Root + Branch"; "Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Root + Branch"; "Come Visit Us and Our Tasting Room".
I did some in-CAN agitation prior to the Crack! since hazy-cloudiness is allowed in the style & I wanted to ensure that all adjuncts were in suspension. My steadily-flowing C-Line Glug resulted in a fizzy, foamy finger of circulating bone-white head that fell as quickly as I poured, leaving me with naught but wisps. Color was, as the brewers put it, a hazy "Dark Rosé" (SRM = N/A). Nose was reminiscent of blueberry lemonade! 8=O Mmm. Mouthfeel was thin & watery. The taste was rather tart and was very evocative of blueberry lemonade! 8=O I tasted the marshmallow on the finish, but it remained dry in spite of that. This would be terrific on a hot, humid Summer's day! Mmm. YMMV.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
