Amber gazed appearance with thick white cream
Smell of ripe peach and mild funk with lemony tart aroma
Taste and feel is both tangy and dry with fruity acidic and peach notes present yet lactic and moderately high in carbonation yet slightly carbonic acid dry cleansing almost medicinal as it lingers with slight aspartame quality yet peach skin dry and lingering tart fruit keeps pace
Overall a pretty decent sour saison with fruit the impression is it was going to be too dry so measures were taken but it is not bad the peach is salvation as the yeast wants to dominate
