This Red Saison spent 8 months in oak barrels and invokes a bit of mischief as a gregarious coyote having fun amidst the wandering arroyos and sunlit New Mexican sky. An inventive beer that is fruity, floral, spicy and dry with notes of pineapple and juicy fruit from Chinook hops and a bright finish. Coyote Cool is best enjoyed with fun-loving and at times mischievous friends!

Pours a vibrant ruddy red color. Great Brett tinged aroma with hints of tart cherry. There's an incredibly well balanced flavor to this. The dry hopping comes across with a drying finish. Nice effervescence. This was great.
