From the depths of ancient lava emerges a festive new season. Refreshingly crisp & sessionable, this traditional German style (also known as Kellerbier) emits clean elements of a fresh pils, but it’s unfiltered, with a slightly hazy appearance and a touch more yeast presence. Brewed w/Hallertau Mittlefruh & Perle hops.

Had on tap. Cloudy bright yellow pour with two fingers of white foam and moderate lacing. Bready yeast, light flowers and grass, pilsner malt in the nose. Taste has some earthy spice hints to the yeast, fresh white bread, grass, flowers, and lemon swirl together in a rewarding way. Feel is bright, sneaky crisp and full, yeast drives this but the malt never gives out.
