Not quite hazy pale amber but plagued with floaties. Melon aroma is pleasant. The taste is fruity and sharp, then tending to the acidic after a few sips. It tastes like orange peel as usual but there is some grape and melon. Quite decent fruit flavors for a NEIPA. Bitterness is moderate with more astringency. The usual flaw is the highly acidic finish which pretty wells kills it off for me. From the 16 oz can purchased on the West Coast. Not dated.

Poured from 16oz can into my Lord Chambray tumbler. No date on the can that I can see.
Appearance: pale yellow-golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: kind of a dry, earthy, herbal hop character layered over something more sweet and tropical. I want more of that underlying aroma! Not bad, but not what I'm typically looking for.
Taste: moderately sweet malt with a super-duper earthy hop character. There's some passionfruit under all that earth, but it's not my favorite.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a rather big carbonation and good creaminess.
Overall: I don't think this is a bad beer; in fact, there's a beer somewhere under these super-earthy hops that I think I'd really like. That said, I wouldn't get myself another can of this.
