Brewer tasting notes: " Namazu is a Saison brewed with mountains of rice, gentle amounts of Sorachi ace hops and a pinch of lemon peel. This beer is clean and balanced with notes of soft clove, lemon, banana bread and hay. Tasting notes: banana bread, lemon, clove, ocean breezes"
Can fresh from the brewery - pours a hay pale straw color with a 2 finger white cap....aromas of citrus brewer's rice and spice....sharp spritzy dry character...flavor is surprisingly mellow with malts, rice and spicy-citrus notes...goes very dry and hop accented in the glean crisp finish with a citrus bit at the end...a very dry refreshing summer patio brew
