355ml can poured into tulip.

Pours a clear pale yellow with two fingers of rocky off-white head that leaves no lace as it quickly recedes.

Smells of lemon zest, pineapple chunks, unripe orange, unsalted crackers, dusted spices and some cheesy funk.

Tastes of tart citrus, mixed tropical fruit salad, more crackery pale malt, some spice-rack coriander and more soft funk.

Feels light and soft. Light bodied with weak carbonation. Finishes tart.

Verdict: Recommended. Tasty, really easy to drink and unlikely to get you into trouble.

Hazy orange-straw color. Poured a tall head that very noisily (very entertaining) dropped to a clear surface in half a minute. High flow of mixed sized bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Left no lacing.

Spicy scent; almost biting at my nose. Mixed tropical fruits and florals. Some yeast funk. General sweet and sour. Swirling the glass added a bit more spice and a light barnyard that only lasted for a second.

Somewhere between tart and sour flavor. The tropical fruit mix bursts out; passionfruit dominates with other fruit mellowing it out. The fruit is slightly sweet, but mostly sour. A little bit of yeast funk. The aftertaste is a slow fade-out of the flavor mix, ending with a light malt to go along with the remainder of the fruit.

Started off very fizzy on the tongue. Was close to flat by the end of the glass. Slightly astringent.

Much stronger flavor than I was expecting. The label claims that there is coriander and elderflower. The coriander may be providing the spice in the scent, but I'm glad it doesn't come across in the flavor. Elderflower is not that common here, and I don't have any distinct memories of it in Europe. The elderflower and some yeast funk is probably suggesting the tropical flavors. Very nice to have a sour this complex.

Nice pleasant well-balanced but pretty simple, lacking any character or complexity (no spice and "tang"). More like a light alcoholic juice. Likeable for a quaffing summer drink.
