Deep rusty amber; red wine vinegar + raspberry; some red fruit, gentle tartness, slight cantaloupe + musty orange wedges.

Sour doesn’t overwhelm. Hops don’t hit hard either: wouldn’t have said fresh hops (probably Centennial, given what Sartori grows.) Just kinda meh.
