This beer nailed it. A true tart saison with a hint of strawberry. I am often a little worried when buying/drinking a beer brewed with fruits for the first time as you never know how sweet it will be until you've had the first few sips. This one is definitely not too sweet. There is very little sweetness if at all to be honest. This is my all time favourite strawberry rhubarb pie without the added sugar. Love it. Well done once again by Field House Brewing!
