Very interesting collaborative offering from Field House Brewing Co. and Provincial Spirits. The look is great. The nose is a mix of rosemary first with some grapefruit second. Quite unusual for the style. The taste is great and is mostly a mix of grapefruit and herbs (predominantly rosemary). The aftertaste is quite bitter with endless rosemary making its apparition. Maybe too much rosemary? Overall, I found it great as a sipper, not so much as a sessioner. Field House has had some very experimental brews and this one surely falls in that category. I might share one with a week herbed beef roast. Otherwise, maybe not so much.
