Looks: Pours a very slightly hazy straw yellow with a huge 2.5 finger head. The head mostly fades pretty quickly, but a thin layer lingers.
Smells: Grapefruit, orange zest, lemon, a little bit of sharp juniper herbaceousness, and some piny hop character, all over a backdrop of creamy wheat.
Taste: Quite crisp and smooth. Somewhat bitter from the grapefruit and hops. Wish there was a bit more citrus. Goes down easy. Tasty.
Feel: Nice and creamy, solid full-mouth tingling carbonation.
Overall: Pretty good! Not one of my fave styles of beer, but I like this brewery a lot and wanted to give this a shot. It's very tasty, good for sharing with friends on a hot summer day. :)
