We hit this big hazy IPA with all the juicy tropical hops we could get our hands on. Luminosa and Nectaron bring light and bright tropical notes, Simcoe brings dank passion fruit, finally experimental hop 1019 and Citra bring citrus and peach to this hop party of an IPA.

Poured from can into ale glass.

Look: Pours a hazy gold with some bubbling, but only ends up with a half-finger head. A constant rim lingers and leaves a trail of foam on the glass, though.

Smell: As expected, fruity as hell. Peach is actually dominant for me, with passionfruit and pineapple next, then some lemon. No pine or dank notes at all. Literally smells like juice. Wow.

Taste: Whooo eeeeee, that is SMOOTH. I'm shocked. I was expecting some bitterness to sneak in, or the 8% ABV to show up, but this might be the most drinkable IPA I've ever had- and again, at 8%! Peach, pineapple, passionfruit, a touch of pine that wasn't present in the nose, and maybe even a faint hint of jasmine, of all things? Super crisp with a clean finish. Can says luminosa & nectaron dominant with simcoe & exp. hop 1019 as well.

Feel: Medium-light body with a healthy dose of carbonation. Really pleasant to drink, just enough body to make you savor it. Crisp, neat finish. No burn, booziness, or bitterness.

Overall: Seriously, this is a top 3 IPA for me, though I haven't had a chance to try the more legendary US characters of top 250 renown. I've still drank a lot of IPA in my day, though, and I can't recall one that had this much character without the bitter kick to follow.
