A classic Pilsner elevated by a West Coast dry hop. Centennial and El Dorado hop additions create a clean malt profile with pineapple and floral aromatic character. Crisp, clean and easy drinking.

A- Pours out of the tall boy can with a super puffy, yet not super dense off white head, that retains well, and provides a lacing that sticks to the inside of my Pilsner glass like gorilla tape. The coloration is just slightly off from being completely clear....perhaps just a bit of chill haze, and the carbonation, while plentiful, lumbers up to the top of the foam cap in many big bubbled columns. Overall a decent looking brew!
S- A blend of classic and floral hop presence is noted here, with what seems like Saaz crispness, mixed in with the clean piney nature of West coast varieties. Biscuity malt, clean dry grassiness, conifer like needles, and a heavier creamy nature about it enters the nostrils.....a very inviting aroma!
T- Oh this is quite tasty! Again, there are classic flavors of Pilsner malts and hops, yet with more floral and tropical notes throughout.....the pineapple that is mentioned is noticeable, and gives off a pleasant yet completely different vibe on the palate! Crispy dry pine, floral, yet bitter hops and a velvety biscuit/caramel malt profile highlight the overall flavor profile.
M/O- The body of this one is medium-full and the carbonation is actually quite smooth....something i was not quite expecting! The drinkability factor is very high and the piney bitterness of the hops used here keep the palate quenched and me wanting to get to that next swig....the alcohol is well hidden and at 5.5% (Slightly higher than the norm), I would have no issue enjoying a couple of these ice cold tall boys during a session. Cheers!
