This FRESH Batch is filled to the brim with ripe, juicy blueberry and tart, sweet cherries. Finished with a touch of vanilla creating a smooth and fruit layered sour beer.

Poured from 500mL bottle into my BeerAdvocate teku.

Appearance: salmonberry pink with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy pinkish-tan foam atop.

Smell: lightly tart and sweet with just a little hint of a funkiness. All the various flavors are there -- blueberry, cherry, vanilla -- but I think they're kind of out of balance. There's a bit too much vanilla and not enough cherry for my taste.

Taste: moderately tart with a bit more blueberry coming through now, but still that vanilla remains. The more I drink it, the more the vanilla fades into the background, which is good. It's turning into a decent sour.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: the balance of the various flavors isn't quite to my taste, but overall it's not a bad sour.
