Had poured from 32-oz. crowler, no canned-on date, gift from brother-in-law, into almost tulip.

Despite its radical appearance, ruby in color with a pink head, and aggressive ingredients, orange peel, hibiscus, coriander and peppercorn, this is a rather mild and drinkable beer.

Look: slightly brown red colour, small off-white head
Smell: sweet caramel and fruit (pear, apple) with grassy hop notes
Taste: follows nose with sweet and tart fruit (cherry too?) and spice (definitely belgian yeast). Somewhat bitter but mostly tart finish.
Feel: light to medium body, moderate carbonation

Overall a pretty good beer. Moderate tartness balances out sweet malts well.

L: Pink with deep underlying grain red. Persisting white head.
S: Apricot nectar, spice, cereal grains, slight tinge of Belgian yeast.
T: Slightly tart, nectarines. Very well balanced Belgian wit. Fortunate to have this on tap locally and will be back for a lot more.
