A hop-forward ale with lingering hop bitterness. Dark amber in color, full-bodied, hoppy India Red Ale with CTZ, Cascade, and Mosaic hops.

16oz can picked up at Ben's Bottle Shop in Vancouver, WA; abv stated as 5.7% on can
Poured into a Level Belgian-style tulip
Pours a deep amber/chestnut w/ 2f-worth of light khaki color head; heavy lace; lots of heavily-toasted malt in the nose with light sweetness; sweet sticky grainy and toasted malts pair up with old school 'c' hops in the profile; bold earthy bitter coating finish that lingers; some nuttiness in there as well; simple profile; med-full bodied; med carb; satisfying; not too bad at all- would have again!

16oz can served in a pint glass. Left at my house by a friend from Oregon. Don't see a date on it anywhere.
Pours a slightly hazy reddish-amber color with about a finger of dense, creamy-looking head that collapses to a thick skin that leaves a heavy curtain up the side of the glass. Smell is a little nuts and toffee, little bit of yeastiness. Kind of vague citrusy hoppiness.
Taste is right up my alley! Hoppy, west coast bitterness, with a rich toffee sweetness. Yeasty/breadiness is kind of mild, nuttiness might be there also as an undertone.
Mouthfeel is medium and clean. Overall, I'm impressed. I thought this was going to be a boring beer, but I like it a lot.
