A classic for summer! For this raspberry wheat beer, we started with a Belgian Wit recipe and replaced the traditional coriander and orange peel with a fresh raspberry puree added after fermentation. This produced a beautiful hazy blush colored beer, a fresh raspberry aroma, and a taste so light, fruity, and delicious it is hard to have just one.
